Empowering Communities Through Knowledge of Rights

At Boston Charitable And Educational Council (BCEC), we are committed to building a just and equitable society where every individual understands, exercises, and defends their basic human rights. Our Human Rights Awareness initiatives aim to educate, sensitize, and empower people—especially in rural, tribal, and marginalized communities—about their legal, social, and constitutional rights.

What We Offer

Educational Workshops:

Interactive sessions on fundamental rights, duties, and the Indian Constitution, tailored for various age groups and literacy levels.

Legal Literacy Programs:

Practical guidance on accessing justice, understanding the legal system, and utilizing available protections and remedies.

We cover fundamental rights and duties, the Indian Constitution, legal protections, women and child rights, anti-discrimination laws, and practical steps for accessing justice.

All women and girls—regardless of age or background—are welcome. Some programs also include sessions for teachers, community leaders, and social workers.

Many of our programs are free or Sponsored by Government of India, especially for marginalized and underprivileged groups. Details about program eligibility, if any, are provided with the course information.

Trainings are offered through workshops, field demonstrations, interactive sessions, and farmer field schools at BCEC centers and community locations.

Yes, participants receive a BCEC certificate upon successful completion of the training.
